From the first swing of a T-ball bat to the final inning under the lights, Lubbock Youth Softball (LYS) is proud to provide girls across Lubbock and the South Plains with a place to learn the game, build confidence, make friends, and create memories that last a lifetime.

For more than 50 years, LYS has been part of the Lubbock community. We believe softball is about more than wins and losses. It’s about learning to work together, showing up for your teammates, respecting the game, and discovering what you’re capable of—on the field and in life.

Whether your daughter is picking up a glove for the first time or chasing her next big competitive goal, there’s a place for her at LYS. Our family-centered league welcomes girls of all skill levels and provides opportunities to learn, compete, and grow in a fun, safe, and positive environment.
