Lubbock & the South Plains largest youth girls fastpitch softball league

LYS offers 2 seasons of recreational, competitive, and developmental softball that are hosted every year at the Thomas A. Martin Complex. These include a spring and fall league. Whether your part of a team that has played for years or this is your child's first time participating, we invite you to join us this upcoming season. LYS accepts players from all over the South Plains and welcomes all teams from 6U (tball) to High School! Our league offers a great opportunity for all children to meet and make new friends, and to enjoy the game of softball in a family atmosphere. LYS Spring season is typically played from April to July, and our Fall season typically takes place September through the end of October

Lubbock Youth Softball - Spring 2026

***IMPORTANT NOTICE***If you are requesting your child play for a specific coach/team in our 6U-12U recreational league only, you will need to contact that coach to ensure they are included as one of their 3 frozen players allowed.
Should that coach reach their maximum 3 frozen players, all other players will have to go into our tryout and draft***

LYS welcomes girls and teams from all over the South Plains! Lubbock and all surrounding areas are welcome to join us at LYS! 
All Travel/Tournament teams that register with us at LYS will be required to play in our Select Division. 

Parents can click the "PLAYER ENROLLMENT" button to register your player(s).

Coaches you may also enroll online and submit your coaches/volunteer forms online while also enrolling your player(s).
ALL COACHES MUST HAVE THEIR VOLUNTEER ENROLLMENTS COMPLETED/APPROVED PRIOR TO RECEIVING THEIR OFFICIAL ROSTERS
